Law Minister releases Hindi version of Ram Janam Bhoomi Judgment

New Delhi: To mark the 75th Constitution Day, Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal on Tuesday released the Hindi version of the Ram Janam Bhoomi verdict delivered by the 5-Judge Constitutional Bench in 2019.

The Hindi version of the landmark judgement was published by Vidhi Sahitya Prakashan (VSP) of the Legislative Department and the Ministry of Law and Justice.

Attorney General (AG) R Venkataramani, Additional Secretary Ministry of Law and Justice, Dr Manoj Kumar, among other senior advocates and officers of the Department of Legal Affairs (DoLA) were present at a function organized at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi.

The Function was organised by the Department of Legal Affairs (DoLA).

DoLA also announced an online course on the Indian Constitution.

The course will facilitate people to familiarise themselves with key aspects of the Indian Constitution.

The initiative of DoLA is designed to enhance the understanding of the Constitution among the public at large, Manoj Kumar said.

Meghwal said the translation of the Supreme Court Judgement on Ram Janam Bhoomi Verdict in Hindi demonstrates a commitment to making legal literature more accessible, inclusive, and understandable.

“This initiative embodies the spirit of our nation,” he added.
