Nasscom plans seminar on building startups as makers of future at Technopark

Thiruvananthapuram: nasscom FAYA:80, a knowledge community based at Technopark associated with nasscom, will host a seminar focusing on how startup entrepreneurs can be groomed as makers of the future, on October 2.

Neil Sogard, Vice President of Strategy & Global Partnerships at Singularity University, California, will lead the seminar on “From Linear to Exponential Growth: Building Startups In The Singularity Era.”

The 120th edition of FAYA: 80’s open-for-all tech seminars, the conversation will discuss the challenges in front of startups in the fast-changing technological landscape and how to overcome them.

Singularity is a university founded with support from NASA, Google and other major establishments aimed at forging future makers and leaders through transformative educational programs & experiences.

The seminar will be held at FAYA “Floor of Madness”, Thejaswini building, Technopark, here at 5 pm. It will cover an array of topics associated with building startups including the paradigm shift from linear to exponential, technology driven changes and challenges faced by startups globally.

nasscom FAYA:80’s 119th Edition titled “Quantum Leap: Demystifying Quantum Computing for the Future” in September took a deep dive into the potential of quantum computing in elevating enterprises to new dimensions by solving complex problems. With the 120th Edition, the tech-based series will offer profound insights on how startup leaders can adapt new strategies to grow exponentially in the technological singularity era.
