Adoni (Andhra Pradesh): Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday said Mallikarjun Kharge, who was elected as the President of the Congress party a short while ago will decide his role in the party.
He said this answering to a question from a scribe who asked him on whether you (Rahul) has to report to the new president.
‘I am very clear my role is in the Congress party is concerned. The new Congress President will decide what is my role is and how I am to be deployed.
As far as i know the final authority in the party is the Congress president and that gentlemen will decide how the party has to move forward.
Mr Kharge and Mr Shashi Tharoor are both people with experience and understanding. Whoever gets elected they do not need my advise, they have experience and understanding, they will decide what to do.
