As it embarks on its multi-city roadshow, it showcases India’s indigenous strength in surgical robotics while breaking geographic barriers to healthcare. Designed to reach underserved and remote regions, the unit is equipped with advanced telecommunication capabilities and is undergoing ongoing research and development for future satellite connectivity, making it future-ready for real-time telesurgeries, even in the most inaccessible parts of the country. At present, the roadshow serves as a first-hand exposure platform, offering doctors and healthcare professionals an opportunity to engage directly with the SSI Mantra system through live demonstrations, hands-on training, and interactive sessions. More than a technological showcase, SSI MantraM offers a vision of a future where advanced robotic surgery is accessible and inclusive, reaffirming SS Innovations’ mission to transform healthcare- one city and one life at a time.”

SSI has designed the SSI MantraM with a specially constructed entrance and ramp to ensure the safe movement of the robotic system. To optimize space, the unit features an extendable cabin, providing ample room for medical staff to assist in telesurgical procedures. Additionally, multiple entry and exit points—one at the rear and two on the side panels, enhance the efficient movement of personnel and equipment. For safety and focus during procedures, a separate driver’s cabin isolates the operating and patient area from the driving compartment, ensuring an uninterrupted surgical environment.

SSI MantraM is a testament to SS Innovation’s unwavering commitment to revolutionising healthcare through innovation and precision engineering. By continuously advancing the capabilities, from satellite-enabled remote procedures to fully equipped surgical units, SSI is redefining the possibilities of mobile healthcare. This initiative is not just about technology; it’s about breaking barriers and ensuring that life-saving, world-class surgical care reaches even the most remote and underserved communities.
