Hyderabad: Telangana government is mulling to bring an integrated act to address land related issues, said Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy.

In his speech on the occasion of Independence Day celebrations held at Golconda Fort here on Thursday, Revanth Reddy said the government paid special focus on Dharani problems being faced by the farming community in the state.

Farmers suffered a lot due to irregularities and lopsided policies adopted in the functioning of Dharani, he said.

The special drive was taken up between March 1 and 15 to address Dharani problems, the CM said.

The government has taken measures to register complaints in case the applications on Dharani problems are rejected, he said.

The government has already instructed the authorities to address the pending Dharani applications, he added.
