Tripti Dimri ventures into dark comedy with ‘Maa Behan’

Mumbai: Bollywood actress Tripti Dimri is all set to surprise audiences with a refreshingly comic turn in her upcoming film ‘Maa Behen’.

Known for her intense performance in ‘Bulbul’ and ‘Qala’, she is again making headlines for a dark comedy directed by Suresh Triveni. The film also stars Madhuri Dixit, Ravi Kishan, and Dharana Durga.

The story revolves around Rekha and her two daughters, Jaya and Sushma, who are already viewed with suspicion in their neighborhood. The story takes a hilarious turn when a body is found in their kitchen, forcing the three to come together to hide it.

The recently released teaser has drawn particular attention to Dimri’s performance.
