Two fraudsters arrested with 440 fake gold biscuits in Srinagar

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Police arrested two fraudsters with 440 fake gold biscuits on Saturday in Srinagar.

The accused have been identified as Tahir Ahmad Mughal of Choth Waliwar Ganderbal and Nazir Ahmad Khan of Kupwara presently staying at Baghi Mehtab Srinagar.

“The duo were planning to cheat the public by selling them as Gold”, police said.

A case under relevant sections of law has been registered at Bemina Police Station.
