Vote of no confidence in French Prime Minister accepted, Govt resigns- Broadcast

Paris: A vote of no confidence in French Prime Minister Michel Barnier, put forward by the left-wing France Unbowed party, has been supported by a majority of lawmakers, forcing the government to resign, broadcast showed on Wednesday.

A total of 331 deputies voted in favor of the vote of no confidence, while at least 288 votes were needed for it to be considered accepted.
