Moscow: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a law on Ukraine’s accession to the roaming space of the European Union, the Ukrainian Digital Transformation Ministry said.
“The President of Ukraine signed a law that brings Ukraine closer to a single roaming with the EU. Ukrainians will use mobile communications in the EU without additional roaming tariffs. Next, we are waiting for a positive assessment from the European Commission and a decision on official entry into the Roam like at Home policy,” the ministry said in a statement on Monday.
Ukrainian citizens will be able to use a single tariff in the country and in the EU and not pay extra for calls and the internet in 27 EU countries, the statement added.
