Mumbai: The Bombay High Court today suspended all FIRs filed against Arnab Goswami of the Republic TV.

HC pointed out that prima facie no case has been made out against Arnab Goswami, Editor-in-Chief of the Republic TV. The court upheld the Freedom of Press.

The HC also observed that there was nothing communal in the show for which Arnab Goswami was accused of spreading communal tension.

The truth has prevailed and right to speak truth to power by journalists has been upheld. This verdict by the Bombay High Court establishes that vindictive attempts to stifle Republic and Arnab Goswami will not stand in the court of law and the court of the public of India.
