Savio picks up equity in CareerBuddyOnline

Panaji: Goa-based entrepreneur Savio Rodrigues has picked up minority equity in the Maharashtra-based growing HRTech start-up ProPMO Services Pvt Ltd.
The start-up has rolled out its flagship service CareerBuddyOnline to cater to growing demand of qualified and skilled professionals in India and internationally.

ProPMO Services Pvt Ltd Founder and MD Rajarama Rao Bannengala said: “We are bringing in path breaking innovation to enable youth of India seek employment opportunities precisely through a combination of enabling features offered through careerbudddyonline, such as virtual career paths, Proski benchmarking, job matching engine.

“From finding right career paths to secure a right job opportunity, we strive to provide best of career management and jobs platform. Our patent(filed) professional skill index score ProSki is similar to a financial credit score, and is our USP and increases the efficiency of hiring drastically across Industry verticals.
“We aim for ensuring the first mile and last mile connectively in finding jobs very smooth. We are aiming to be the future mega brand of Bharat and work with employers, governments to allocate human capital to application areas efficiently across industry,” Bannengala said.

Savio Rodrigues, who has invested in several entrepreneurial ventures in sectors of AI and robotics, media, environmental solutions, eco-products and e-cycles, said: “Careers are being shaped every hour as we speak in India and globally.
