In the light of these circumstances erupting, the incumbent Xi Jinping government has taken a vow to strictly bring an end to these protests, the voices against the Jinping government, and the people opposing the Chinese police.

In the meanwhile, in Guangzhou city, the protestors have started attacking the Chinese police, and videos of the confrontations have gone viral, in which people could be seen throwing glass bottles on the police personnel in the city, and they pelted stones on the police as well. On the other hand, new words like Shanghai and Urumqi have been fed in the censor list of China. This move has been made so that people are unable to talk about the demonstrations going on against the COVID policies.

In order to increase censorship, the government has increased the current staff by 10 times in platforms like WeChat, so that videos and photos related to protest demonstrations are not shared among people.
