Washington: A suspicious package was found inside a building near the White House in the US capital of Washington, DC, emergency authorities said.
The building is located at 1400 block New York Avenue NW, just northeast of the White House grounds, District of Columbia Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department tweeted.
The emergency agency said on Wednesday they are assisting law enforcement with the investigation.
There have been no injuries reported so far.
