New Delhi: Visiting Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh was on Thursday accorded a ceremonial welcome at the forecourt of Rashtrapati Bhavan, ahead of his bilateral talks with PM Modi.
The three-day state visit by the Vietnamese PM to India saw him visit Raj Ghat to lay a wreath.

The Vietnamese PM also on Wednesday met the managers of major Indian corporate houses such as Adani, SMS Pharmaceuticals, Sri Avantika Contractors, and BDR and urged them to invest in Vietnam’s infrastructure, construction and pharmaceutical sectors.
