7 terrorists killed in clash with security forces in NW Pakistan

Islamabad: At least seven terrorists were killed and six others injured in a clash between security forces and terrorists in Pakistan’s northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, the military said on Sunday.

An exchange of fire took place between security forces and terrorists in Ursoon area of Chitral district on Saturday, the military’s media wing Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.

Sanitization of the area was being carried out to eliminate any other terrorists found there, it added.
