Interweave Consulting to hold ‘Inclusion Now’ conference in Feb

Bengaluru: India’s leading Inclusion Solutions firm Interweave Consulting, formally unveiled on Tuesday, the theme and agenda of their signature annual conference ‘Inclusion Now’.

“The event is scheduled for February 2 and 3 in Bengaluru. The theme for this year’s #Inclusionnow will be “Towards a Fluid Future,” Interweave Founder and CEO Nirmala Menon told reporters here.

The two-day flagship thought-leadership conference will be aimed at promoting the need for fluidity in business organizations to promote inclusion and nurture an ecosystem that is inclusive, sustainable, safe, and open for all, she said.

The carefully crafted conference agenda includes four Expert Classes on Day 1 and a conference on Day 2 where serious DEI practitioners, HR leaders, senior line managers, and DEI influencers will participate in thought-provoking and knowledge-building conversations, Nirmala said.

Interweave is expecting to host a full house of 250 participants at the event.

Business leaders, veterans, experts, and top voices from the industry will grace the event as speakers and will share their experiences and deep understanding on a range of topics related to fluidity and inclusion both from a social and organisational context, Nirmala said.

“This two-day event is our effort to bring business leaders, experts, influencers, and change-makers on a single platform to focus attention, accelerate engagement and build urgency to drive meaningful impact for an inclusive and sustainable future for all,” Nirmala said.

Keynote speaker will be TM Krishna who has buolt a more inclusive ecosystem, she said.
