Israel releases 33 Palestinian prisoners

Jerusalem: Israel has released the fourth group of Palestinian prisoners, consisting of 33 people, as part of the hostage exchange deal with Hamas, Al Jazeera broadcaster reported on Tuesday.

On Monday, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said that 11 Israeli hostages freed by Hamas entered Israeli territory.

The broadcaster added that as part of the deal, a total of 150 Palestinian prisoners were released from Israeli prisons.
