Prayagraj: Bollywood actress Preity Zinta recently shared an emotional and deeply spiritual post about her visit to Prayagraj for Maha Kumbh as in a heartfelt message she reflected on her experience at the last bathing festival on Wednesday.

Taking to the social media platform X, Preity Zinta posted a video capturing moments from her visit to the Maha Kumbh. Alongside the video, she expressed her profound spiritual experience, describing it as ‘magical and heart-touching’.

She revealed that this was her third time attending the Kumbh Mela, and each visit had been transformative. “It was magical, heart-touching, and sad. Magical because no matter how hard I try, I cannot explain how I felt. Heart-touching because I went with my mother, and it meant the world to her. Sad because I wanted to be free from the various cycles of life and death, but I realised the duality of life and attachment,” she wrote.

Zinta said, “Am I ready to leave my family, my children, and my loved ones? No! I am not ready! It is very emotional and humbling when you realise that the strings of attachment are strong and powerful. No matter how deep your attachment is, ultimately, the spiritual journey is one you must take alone.”

With a profound realisation, she said, “I came back with the belief that we are not humans having a spiritual experience, but spiritual beings having a human experience. Beyond this, I don’t know, but I believe my curiosity will surely pave the way towards all the answers I am looking for… Till then, Har Har Mahadev!”
