Chandigarh: Former Punjab assembly deputy speaker Bir Devinder Singh on Friday questioned Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann’s inaction over a minister’s alleged obscene video.

Mr Singh, in a statement issued here, said that MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira has handed over some video clips to the Governor, showing the minister in a compromising position.

‘Why has the Chief Minister not recommended the dismissal of the Minister so far?’ said he.

He said that earlier, a video by a Bombay High court Advocate was released on social media, accusing the State Advocate General of the charges of moral turpitude and professional misconduct and no deterrent punitive action was taken against him.
