Chandigarh: Haryana Chief Minister, Nayab Singh Saini on Thursday took a dig at the opposition, remarking that Congress has collapsed due to its flawed policies, and the people have completely lost faith in that party.

“Congress ke paas na neeti hai, na niyat hai, aur na netratav hai”, (Congress lacks policy, intent, and leadership), he remarked.

Responding to the discussion on the Governor’s address in the Assembly, Saini criticised Congress MLAs for walking out of the House, stating that the opposition lacks the ability to listen to the truth. He said that Congress won’t even be present in the Assembly in 2029.

He said Congress has no real issues and only focuses on making “baseless accusations”. He also targeted Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and said during the Lok Sabha elections last year Gandhi spread false narratives, claiming that if Narendra Modi became Prime Minister for a third time, the Constitution would be abolished.

However, Modi is safeguarding the Constitution, it is Congress that is vanishing, he asserted.
