A couple of days after son Aditya Thackeray took to social media to claim that he had nothing to do with the Disha Salian death case, post his name emerging in the complaint filed by Satish Salian, Disha’s father, which is part of the 10-page FIR filed by the CBI in the matter; his father and Shiv Sena (UBT) Chief, Uddhav Thackeray, has made an attempt to distance himself from the case as well.
‘I have nothing to do with the case’, claimed Uddhav. While the Thackerays deny any link whatsoever with the mysterious death of Disha Salian; Satish Salian has announced that he will be marching to the residence of Aditya Thackeray, along with his lawyer, Nilesh Ojha, on Saturday, September 19, and that Thackeray will be ‘confronted’.
With such statements coming from both Aditya and Uddhav, it seems that pressure is mounting on the Thackerays with the filing of the FIR in the case; as not only have they made similar statements to proclaim their innocence yet again, their lawyer has also opposed the filing of the FIR in the Bombay High Court.
In the meanwhile, Salian’s lawyer, Nilesh Ojha has claimed that he has crucial evidence regarding the case, like Aditya Thackeray’s mobile location on the night of Disha’s death, which was near the death scene, which he would present to the CBI in no time.
And while they have already served a legal notice to Aditya Thackeray, according to Ojha, they are going to serve a second one to him directly, culminating their march.
