New Delhi: The trailer for “Double iSmart,” an upcoming Indian Telugu-language science fiction action film, was released on YouTube on Monday.
The film, slated for an August 15 release, sees Sanjay Dutt experimenting on Ram Pothineni in a quest for immortality.
Directed and written by Puri Jagannadh, who also co-produced the film with Charmy Kaur under the banner Puri Connects, “Double iSmart” is a spiritual sequel to the 2019 hit “iSmart Shankar.” The film features a musical score by Mani Sharma, with cinematography by Gianni Giannelli and editing by Shyam K. Naidu and Karthika Srinivas.
The cast includes Ram Pothineni and Sanjay Dutt in the lead roles, supported by Kavya Thapar, Sayaji Shinde, Bani J, Getup Srinu, Ali, Makarand Deshpande, Jhansi, Pragathi, and Uttej.
The trailer hints at a high-octane action drama with a focus on advanced experimentation and its consequences, building anticipation for its upcoming release.
