This project, initiated by Cochin International Airport Limited (CIAL), introduces the art of affordable luxury, making premium airport lounge experiences accessible to all passengers.

The 0484 Aero Lounge, spanning an impressive 50,000 sq ft, is set to redefine transit accommodation at airports. Located outside the security hold area, it offers unprecedented access to both passengers and visitors.

The facility boasts 41 guest rooms, including 37 standard rooms and 4 suites, along with 3 boardrooms, 2 conference halls, co-working spaces, a gym, a spa, a library, and a restaurant – all furnished with premium amenities and uncompromising quality.

Swapneel Nagarkar, Sr. Vice President & Business Head, Godrej Interio, said, “The infrastructure sector is a vital driver of India’s economy, crucial for reaching the USD 5 trillion economy goal by 2025.”

“With a strong commitment to the Make in India mission, Godrej Interio has been a key contributor to the nation’s development.”

“We are proud to contribute to CIAL’s commitment to delivering a world-class experience for all passengers. Currently, our Turnkey Projects business contributes 26% to our B2B segment turnover, and we foresee a 50% compound annual growth rate in FY25.”

As the busiest airport in the state of Kerala, Kochi airport handles 61.8% of the total air passenger movement in the region. Godrej Interio has been partnering with the CIAL authorities since 2015 for the significant renovation work aimed at enhancing the infrastructure at Kochi International Airport.

This marks its 3rd project in collaboration with CIAL. This project was a short-term endeavour finished within a 1-year timeframe, with the lounge space accessible to the public from September 2024.

Leveraging a skilled team of architects, interior designers, and project managers, Godrej Interio ensures seamless execution and exceptional results through close collaboration with various airport and metro authorities.

Their comprehensive offerings encompass general contracting, design, and execution services, encompassing interior design, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), security, and surveillance, as well as AV (audio-visual) systems.
