Hyderabad: Union Minister and Telangana BJP President G Kishan Reddy emphasized that discussions about Prime Minister Modi’s re-election are resonating across the nation, from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
Addressing the media on the occasion of Uppal BRS former MLA Beti Subhash Reddy and his wife, former corporator Beti Swapna, joining the BJP, Reddy highlighted the receipt of the election notification this morning, marking the commencement of the nomination process for the 4th phase of elections.
Expressing confidence in the BJP’s prospects, Reddy anticipated a third term for the party at the center, with Modi poised to assume office as Prime Minister for the third consecutive time.
Reddy stressed the perception among the populace that the re-election of Modi is imperative for resolving the country’s challenges, underscoring the Modi government’s efforts in combating corruption and elevating India’s global standing through decisive actions on longstanding issues.
Regarding Telangana’s political landscape, Reddy noted a significant shift with surveys indicating the BJP’s potential to secure 12 parliamentary seats, emphasizing the acknowledgement by other parties of BJP’s prominence in the state.
He criticized the opposition parties’ narratives, highlighting their focus on BJP as their primary contender while dismissing BRS party’s relevance in Telangana politics.
Reddy further forecasted the impending decline of BRS and Congress in Telangana, urging Telangana’s electorate to endorse Modi once more for a BJP-led government at the national level.
