Maha: 1st woman Kesari wrestling competition to be inaugurate today

Sangli: Woman Maharashtra Kesari wrestling competition, which is the first of such competition in the state on the line of men Maharashtra Kesari, which to begin today on district sports complex ground.

Namdev Mohite, working president of State Kustigir Parishad, said in a statement this morning that the preparations of the completion has been completed while more than 400 to 450 women wrestlers from 45 teams including teams of Muncipal corporations from the state, will participate in these two days competition.

Mr Mohite said that the competition began with taking weights of all women participants and final wrestling bout will be held tomorrow evening. The matches will be held at two wrestling arenas, which tobe specially prepared for the competition.

Winner will honor with silver mess and a certificate.
