Hyderabad: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) President and Telangana Chief Minister K.Chandrashekhar Rao said ‘the struggle by the party will continue till BJP is ousted from power in the country’.

Speaking at the marathon party’s extended meeting at Telangana Bhavan under his Chairmanship here and lasted for seven hours till Friday night, the Chief Minister alleged that the BJP is not able to digest the development that Telangana is achieving.

Ministers, MPs, MLCs, MLAs, party state executive committees, Chairman of various corporations, mayors, presidents of DCCB, DCMS and others participated in the meeting.

Telangana has become a guiding force for the country and attracted other states, he claimed and said that the BJP is indulging in many ‘ conspiracies to hide their party’s incompetence ‘.

KCR said the BJP is harassing BRS public representatives and added BRS Ministers, MPs, MLAs, MLCs and party leaders have already been harassed by CBI, IT and ED raids with false allegations.

We should thwart the BJP’s attempts of harassment to any extent and let’s face it, the BRS National President said.

There is no excuse for corruption in the implementation of schemes for the poor in the state, the Chief Minister said this will affect the future of MLAs and they should be careful.

The MLAs are responsible for ensuring that the beneficiaries get the benefits without corruption in the second phase of sheep distribution, he said.

The sheep distribution should be completed by May and June by carefully implementing the modalities.

About 3.5 lakh units of sheep will be distributed this time, Rao added.

Referring to the distribution of Podu lands, he said the government will start this soon.

The MLAs have been asked to carry out the land distribution programme carefully ensuring that eligible persons get their due share, he added.
