Moscow: Irish low-cost airline Ryanair plans to be the first to resume flights to Ukraine after the end of the conflict, CEO Michael O’Leary said.
“We want to be the first airline back into Ukraine, and we have a plan to run about 25 routes to and from Kiev and Lviv within six weeks of the sky reopening,” O’Leary said in an interview with The Independent newspaper on Thursday.
O’Leary added that the airports of Kiev and Lviv are already ready to receive passengers. Flights will be carried out from London Stansted Airport, as well as airports in Dublin, Brussels and Milan, he said.
