Riyadh: Saudi Arabia on Wednesday announced the approval of the designs of the world’s tallest sports tower to be built in Riyadh.
The Global Sports Tower will be a prominent landmark within the Sports Boulevard project, reported the Saudi Press Agency.
According to the report, the tower was designed to stand at 130 meters with an internal area of 84,000 square meters.
It will include more than 30 different sports facilities and a 98-meter-high indoor climbing wall which is expected to be the world’s tallest.
