BJP-ruled Goa under the stewardship of CM Dr Pramod Sawant is on the way to becoming one of the most loved and progressive states of India. As aptly described by Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Goa is so beautiful that it looks like a Bindi (dot) on the forehead of Bharat Mata. Viva Goa.
