Telangana’s Drugs Control Laboratory Receives Prestigious NABL Accreditation

Hyderabad: The Drugs Control Laboratory of the Drugs Control Administration (DCA), Government of Telangana, has been awarded the coveted “Certificate of Accreditation” by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL).

Following a comprehensive audit conducted by the NABL assessment team, the accreditation was formally announced, acknowledging the laboratory’s adherence to the stringent criteria outlined in ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for Chemical testing.

The accreditation, designated under Accreditation Certificate No.TC-13317 for Chemical testing, was issued by NABL on March 20, 2024, valid until March 19, 2026.

This esteemed NABL Accreditation underscores the Drugs Control Laboratory’s commitment to upholding international quality standards.

A statement released on Tuesday highlighted that NABL accreditation ensures that laboratories maintain impeccable quality standards, thereby delivering reliable and precise results.
