UNRWA: 102 staff members killed in Gaza strip since Oct 7

Gaza: As many as 102 employees of the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) have been killed in the Gaza Strip since October 7, the highest number of UN aid workers killed in any conflict in history, the UNRWA said on Wednesday.

“In total, 102 UNRWA colleagues have been killed since the beginning of the hostilities. This is the highest number of United Nations aid workers killed in a conflict in the history of the United Nations,” the UNRWA said in a report
