Voting open soon for 2023 FIFA Football Awards

Geneva: The vote for the 2023 Best FIFA Football Awards will start a week later and fans will be able to cast their votes for the most prestigious honors of world football’s governing body, FIFA announced on Thursday.

Voting will get underway on September 14 on FIFA’s digital platforms, with nominees to be unveiled the same day.

FIFA gave the qualifying period for the women’s awards – Best Women’s Player, Best Women’s Coach and Best Women’s Goalkeeper from August 1, 2022 to August 20, 2023, the date of the FIFA Women’s World Cup Final.

For the men’s awards – Best Men’s Player, Best Men’s Coach and Best Men’s Goalkeeper – the qualifying period is between December 19, 2022 and August 20, 2023.
