2.8 magnitude earthquake hits HP’s Kinnaur

Shimla: A 2.80 magnitude earthquake jolted Kinnuar district of Himachal Pradesh on early Wednesday, state disaster management authority spokesperson confirmed.

The epicenter of earthquake was located near Dhar Lanati in Kinnuar district town about 300 km from State capital Shimla.

The earthquake was felt at 00: 51 am on Wednesday. No loss of life and property was reported due to earthquake.

Earlier to this three-tremor occurred after gap of few seconds also felt in several parts of North India on Tuesday 10.17 pm.
