WCL inks MoU for eco tourism

Nagpur: In order to promote eco tourism, the Western Coalfields Ltd (WCL) has signed a MoU with the Directorate of Tourism in Maharashtra, it was announced on Wednesday. The signing took place in Mumbai on Tuesday.

According to a statement, Eco-Mine Tourism is an initiative to educate and inform students and the society about coal mines and mining processes while making it joyful and practical at the same time.

The MoU was signed by Manoj Kumar, CMD, WCL, and Milind Borikar, Director, Directorate of Tourism, and will be valid for five years.
