77% in USA believe vacations strengthen relationships

Going on a vacation is loved by everyone and it has its own fun, but, for the first time, One Poll conducted a survey among Americans, in order to get an insight into the benefits on going on a vacation, and a number of surprising facts were known with this survey. According to the survey, if not everything is right between you and your partner, you should go on a vacation with them. 77% of the people believe that the problems being faced with your partner can be solved and the relationship gets rejuvenated.

42% out of the around 2 thousand people on whom the survey was conducted said that going on a vacation made them fall in love with their partner once again. 1/3rd of the people who were involved in the survey are of the opinion that going on a vacation is a good option to maintain the ‘spark’ in the relationship. People also stated that it was more beneficial to travel with their partners or with a small group, while 81% believe that familial bonds strengthen if one goes on a vacation with family members.

Similarly, 79% opine that vacations lead to stronger relationships, and it helps in knowing your loved ones better, and only a vacation provides such a time when people get the opportunity to come out of their comfort zones. 61% of the people are able to do something adventurous only if they are with someone else on the vacation. 7 out of every 10 people said that while returning from the vacation, they feel more connected with their own self. 3 out of every 4 stated that spending time with others makes them feel refreshed, and this is the reason why, many a times, a vacation is postponed or cancelled due to a lack of harmony between partners or family members.

With travelling together with other people, people feel 65% happier, and while 45% of the people go on vacations with their families, 37% of them do so with their partners. 2/3rd of the people click a lot of pictures so that the moments can be captured forever, and relived later to become happy.
