On Tuesday, May 2nd, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) mentioned AAP MP Raghav Chadha’s name in its second supplementary chargesheet in the Delhi liquor policy scam case. Following this development made by the central agency, Raghav Chadha, addressing the media, said that this news is ‘false and fabricated’. He has added this is all propaganda against him, in order to damage his reputation and credibility.

“This news is false and fabricated. I am neither named as accused nor as suspect, or witness in any ED complaint. It is propaganda to harm my reputation and credibility”, claimed the AAP MP.

Two other AAP leaders, Manish Sisodia and Satyendra Jain, both imprisoned, have already been named in the chargesheet, as per which, Manish Sisodia’s PA, C Arvind named Chadha in his statement. Arvind, in his statement, said that there was a meeting at the residence of Manish Sisodia in which Raghav Chadha, the excise commissioner of Punjab, excise officer, and Vijay Nair were also present.
