New Delhi: Welcoming the Supreme Court’s decision to grant bail to Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Friday said that truth can never be defeated.
In a social media post on X, AAP Senior leader Manish Sisodia said, “In the fight against lies and conspiracies, today once again truth has triumphed.”
“Once again, I bow in reverence to the vision and foresight of Babasaheb Ambedkar, who 75 years ago empowered the common man to stand strong against any future dictator,” he added.
Praising the Supreme Court’s decision, AAP MP Sanjay Singh said, “In a democracy, dictatorship will not be tolerated. Despite all efforts, Modi’s oppressive government couldn’t break Arvind Kejriwal’s spirit. The prison doors have opened, and Arvind Kejriwal is free. The mountain of lies created by ED, CBI, and BJP has crumbled, and their false cases have been exposed.”
Kejriwal’s wife Sunita Kejriwal extended congratulations to the party leaders and workers and wished for the early release of other leaders.
Thanking Supreme Court, AAP leader Gopal Rai remarked, “Truth can be troubled but not defeated!”
