Moscow: A fire broke out at the Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery in Russia’s southern Rostov Region due to a drone attack, acting Governor Yury Slyusar said.
“As a result of a drone attack in Novoshakhtinsk, a fire broke out at the Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery,” Slyusar wrote on Telegram.
He said emergency rescue teams had left for the scene.
