Imphal: Manipur Police has arrested six persons allegedly involved in a major drug trade.
On Monday, Manipur Police conducted a search operation at Kangpokpi, which began on Saturday. So far, six individuals, including a woman, have been arrested.
Police said the accused were identified as Khaikahao Kipgen , ( Letgoumang Touthang, Aabi Baral, Jitten Kharka , L H Ranirou and Leah Chao.
They were arrested for involvement in connection with a case registered at Kangpokpi-PS, Kangpokpi District. So far 174 soap cases of suspected Brown Sugar were seized in connection with the case.
