BSF foils infiltration bid in Samba sector, terrorists believed to be killed

Jammu:  Amid heavy shelling and heightened tension between India and Pakistan, the troops of Border Security Force foiled an infiltration bid from across the border in Samba sector of Jammu.

“The BSF late night on Thursday foiled a major infiltration attempt along the International Border (IB) in Samba sector,” said an official.

Meanwhile BSF posted on X, “the BSF observed infiltration by the terrorists along the IB in Samba sector at 11 PM tonight and challenged them.

The infiltration attempt was foiled, the BSF Jammu.”

Official sources said that some terrorists are also believed to be killed in the intrusion attempt.
