Srinagar: Police on Wednesday said that a blast like sound was heard late evening of Tuesday near Sidhra Bridge Checking point in Jammu district.

SSP Jammu Chandan Kohli said that, late evening a blast like sound was heard near Sidhra bridge checking point. A thorough search is being carried on the spot to verify the matter. Any further detail shall be shared accordingly.

So far no injury or any damage was being reported in this incident.
