BSF neutralises Pak intruder along IB in Samba sector of Jammu region

Jammu: Alert troops of Border Security Force on Thursday morning neutralised one Pakistani intruder along international border in Samba sector of Jammu region.

“Early morning, alert BSF troops noticed a suspicious movement of a person who crossed the international border from Pakistan side in Samba area,” said the spokesman.

He added that the intruder was challenged by the troops but he kept advancing towards border fencing.

“The troops fired and shot him dead,” he added and said that no weapons or any narcotics like substance recovered from him.

The matter is being investigated, he said.
