BSF shoots down Pakistani spy drone in Punjab

Gurdaspur: Border Security Force (BSF) shot down a Pakistani spy drone in Punjab’s Gurdaspur sector on Friday.

BSF DIG Prabhakar Joshi said that, a Pak drone entered into Indian territory at around 4.30 in the morning, reacting immediately the BSF personnel of 73 battalion gunned down the drone. He said that as soon as the information was received, the high authority reached the spot and started a search operation. He said that no objectionable object has been found from the drone.

This is the first incident of shooting down of Pakistani drone in Gurdaspur sector.
