“The Finance secretary briefed the cabinet about budget proposals and figures”, sources said, adding that the financial situation of J&K was also discussed threadbare during the meeting.
They said that the budget would now go to the Lieutenant Governor for approval. It is worthwhile to mention that it would be for the first time that Chief Minister would present budget of J&K in the Assembly.
