New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said the development works in Arunachal Pradesh will benefit people living in remote parts of the frontier state.

Responding to a tweet by Union Home Minister Amit Shah mentioning about the inauguration of several development projects during his visit to Arunachal Pradesh’s Kibithoo, bordering China on Monday, the PM wrote, “These development works will improve quality of life for people living in remote parts of Arunachal Pradesh.”

“Realising PM Narendra Modi Ji’s dream, Arunachal Pradesh is fast-paced towards emerging as a hub of development. Launched 9 mini-micro hydroelectric projects along with a plethora of schemes initiated by ITBP at Kibithoo,” Shah said.

He also informed that he attended an exhibition held by women-led SHGs.
