Rule 1:12 Final Authority
Rule 1:12.1Â bishop is the sole authority to, pass/sanction, make correction, or struck down the rules, resolutions passed by the church assembly.
1:12.2 Bishop is the final authority to pass the resolutions of church assembly, to initiate disciplinary action against any elected member.
1:12.3 Authority of the Bishop under rules 1:12 or 2:19 or 3:14 or 4:9 or 5:17 or 6:15 or 7:6Â is final and cannot be challenged.
2:19 Control Over Parish (Church) Pastoral Parishad
2:19.1 Bishop is the sole authority to, pass/sanction, make correction, or struck down the rules, resolutions passed by the church pastoral parishad.
2:19.2 Bishop is the final authority to initiate disciplinary action against any elected member, office bearer, apostolic institution and its members.
2:19.3Â Bishop is the sole authority to suspend, dissolve, the parish pastoral parishad. His authority is final whenever he acts as per these rules.
3:14Â Authority on Church Finance Committee
3:14.1 Bishop is the sole authority to make rules of finance committee, pass or modify its resolutions, suspend or dissolve it. Bishop is the authority to suspend, dissolve any particular church finance committee.
3:14.2 Bishop is the final authority to initiate disciplinary action against any elected member, office bearer of finance committee.
3:14.3Â bishop has the authority to take or utilise the funds of any church for the financial and educational development of diocese or other purpose.
5:17 Authority On Varado Pastoral Parishad
5:17.1 Bishop is the sole authority to, pass/sanction, make correction, or struck down the rules, resolutions passed by the Varado pastoral parishad.
5:17.2 Bishop is the final authority to initiate disciplinary action against any elected member, office bearer, apostolic institution and its members of the Varado. His decision is final.

Eligibility Of Being A Member Parish Pastoral Parishad
2:6.7 Any person who files a complaint or civil suit on any of the issues concerning the church, or on any padre, church parishad, finance committee, vice president or secretary, cannot become member till the term of that and the next body expires.
2:6.8 President on the consent of bishop if files any police complaint, civil suit / criminal case, on any member, that member cannot become member for that term and the next term.
General Rules of Parish Finance Committee
3:13.5 Any member who files a complaint or civil suit on any of the issues concerning the church, or on any padre, church parishad, finance committee, vice president or secretary, shall lose his membership immediately.
3:13.6 President on the consent of bishop if files any police complaint, civil suit / criminal case, on any member, that member shall lose his membership immediately.
3:13.1 Church Finance Committee will help the president in administering the church property, all movable and immovable assets, and all monuments of the church. Church finance committee will give proper advice to the president to administer the financial administration. The advice/ resolution thus given by the finance committee are only advisory in nature and the president is not duty bound to implement them.
3:11.7 The bank account shall be opened in the name of the concerned church. The padre shall operate it on his official position as president.
