New Delhi: Bollywood actor Sunny Deol and actress Ameesha Patel’s film Gadar 2 has earned Rs 500 crore.
The film ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’, directed by Anil Sharma, was released in the year 2001. Sunny Deol, Amish Patel and Amrish Puri played important roles in this film.
Sunny and Ameesha are paired once again in Gadar 2, the sequel of ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’. ‘Gadar 2’ is released in theaters on August 11.
‘Gadar 2’ had earned Rs 284 crore in the first week. Gadar 2 is breaking many records one by one.
The film had crossed the Rs 500 crore mark at the domestic box office in 24 days.
Shahrukh Khan’s Pathan had earned Rs 500 crore in 28 days.
The film ‘Bahubali 2’ had crossed the Rs 500 crore mark in 34 days at the domestic box office.
‘Gadar 2’ has Utkarsh Sharma, Manish Wadhwa, Simrat Kaur, Luv Sinha in important roles along with Sunny and Ameesha.
