Jammu: Three terrorists have been eliminated in a fierce gunfight in Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir.

The Army’s Northern Command here on Saturday morning said, “In the ongoing operations at Chatroo in Kishtwar, despite bad and inclement weather, two more Pakistani terrorists have been eliminated.”

A large quantity of warlike stores, including one AK and one M4 rifle, has been recovered, said the army.

The Army earlier had said that one terrorist was killed, after which the firing stopped.

“The operation was in progress, and in a fresh exchange of firing, two more terrorists were killed,” they said.

Operations are in progress, they said.
