Landmark Cars signs pact with PCA Auto for selling Citroen cars

New Delhi: Auto retail firm Landmark Cars has executed a bespoke dealership agreement with PCA Automobiles India Pvt Ltd for sale and after sale business of Citroen car brand.

“This dealership will be a part of M/s Landmark Lifestyle Cars Private Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary company of Landmark Cars. Citroen will be the 11th brand for Group Landmark, which is known for other brands like Mercedes-Benz, BYD, Kia, Honda, etc,” Landmark Cars said in a statement filed with the stock exchange.

Landmark Cars is one of the leading auto retail companies in India with dealerships for Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Jeep, Volkswagen, BYD, Renault, Mahindra & Mahindra, KIA and MG Motors. The company also caters to the commercial vehicle retail business of Ashok Leyland in India.

Commenting on the new agreement, Sanjay Thakker, Promoter and Chairman, Landmark Cars said, ““As a company, we are committed to profitable growth by going deep in a brand/ geography by best utilising the existing infrastructure at our disposal. The addition of Citroen brand will enable us in optimizing our existing resources better.”
