LG Sinha paid obeisance at Hazratbal shrine, reviewed arrangements for Eid-ul-Adha

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday paid obeisance at the holy Hazratbal Shrine in Srinagar.

Lt Governor paid obeisance at the Hazratbal Shrine housing the holy relic of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) in Srinagar.

He also reviewed the arrangements being put in place to facilitate the devotees for conducting congregational Eid-ul Adha prayers being celebrated on June 29.

The main Eid-ul-Adha function is likely to be held at Hazratbal shrine where thousands of people including men and women are expected to participate in the congregational prayers on the occasion of Eid.

Lt Governor during his visit also interacted with the spiritual person and Waqf and administrative officials.

Lt Governor was accompanied by the Chairman Waqf Board Darakhshan Andrabi and other officials of the administration.
